CHRISTMAS 2023 Closing Dates
Pics & Ink will be closed over Christmas. You can still browse and buy beautiful indie mags of course! Our last posting day will be Thursday 22nd December and then we'll be back in the office on Tuesday 2nd Jan. Wishing you a very merry Christmas and see you in 2024.
UK Orders
We charge a flat postage fee of £2, regardless of how many magazines you buy. A good opportunity to try a new one we think.
We’ll try to post your magazines out to you the day you order, and as we send by first class post then most of the time your magazines will be with you the following day. Afternoons tend to get busy so if you are desperate for your mag then try to order by 12 noon. Please allow four working days for your magazines to arrive before you contact us about your order – sometimes the postman walks a bit slower.
UK postage is currently pretty good with no known issues.
Overseas Orders (Including changes now the UK has left the EU)
You can enter your location details into our quick calculator to get a rough idea of postage, otherwise your postage will be calculated at checkout. We use a standard express service so this usually means your magazines will be with you within 10 working days, however please allow 20 working days for your magazines to arrive before contacting us. Packages are sometimes held up at port of entry for further inspection and there isn’t much we can do about that.

EU countries.
If your order is being delivered to an EU country, the VAT for that country will automatically be applied at checkout.
For all other countries outside the UK.
We always mark your magazines as printed matter on the customs form, but if any tax or processing fees are due then these are your (the buyer’s) responsibility. Please check customs rules before ordering.
